Please note that shipping estimates do not include production time. Orders typically require 2–7 business days for printing and quality inspection before shipment. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

During site-wide sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, production times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully craft each order to ensure the highest quality.

Every Hannah Langford Designs wallpaper order is printed on demand and begins processing shortly after it is placed. Because production starts quickly, we are unable to guarantee order cancellations, modifications, or address changes once an order has been submitted.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests made within the first 10 hours of placing your order have the best chance of being accommodated, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has begun.

Because every home is different, we highly recommend ordering a sample before placing your wallpaper order. Natural and artificial lighting, wall texture, and surrounding finishes can all influence how a design and colorway appear in your space.

A physical sample is the most accurate way to evaluate color, pattern scale, and wall compatibility. While digital images are helpful for inspiration, they should not be relied upon for precise color matching, as screen settings and displays can vary significantly.

Our Self-Adhesive Vinyl wallpaper is designed for both temporary and long-term applications. With proper installation and care, it can provide years of beautiful performance, often lasting 10 years or more in indoor environments.

To maximize longevity, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or high-moisture conditions, as these factors can affect the adhesive over time. Our Luxe Traditional wallpaper offers even greater durability, with an expected lifespan of approximately 10–15 years under normal interior conditions.

Because outdoor environments vary widely in temperature, moisture, and weather exposure, Hannah Langford Designs cannot guarantee the performance or longevity of wallpaper installed outdoors.

Our wallpaper is designed to perform best on smooth wall surfaces, though many customers have also successfully installed it on lightly textured walls, including subtle orange peel finishes.

Since wall conditions and paint types can vary significantly, we recommend testing a sample in your space before placing a full order. This simple step helps ensure proper adhesion and allows you to confirm that the wallpaper is a good fit for your unique wall surface. Hannah Langford Designs cannot be held responsible for adhesion issues resulting from wall conditions or improper surface preparation.

Because each wallpaper panel is a unique section of the overall design, additional panels cannot be ordered individually through our website.

If you need extra panels to complete your project, please contact our team. We'll be happy to create a custom order that includes the correct panels, ensuring your pattern continues seamlessly across your wall.

No, our Self Adhesive Vinyl products should not leave any residue or paint damage. However, we cannot be sure of the condition and quality of your painted wall surface, and some paint flecking may occur. If this occurs, some minor paint touch-ups will be required. Be sure to peel slowly and with care when you are ready to remove your wallpaper.
