Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All Hannah Langford Designs wallpaper and samples are printed to order specifically for your project. Because each order is custom produced, please allow:

• Printing: 2–5 business days
• Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Total: most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Where We Ship
Orders are printed and shipped from our production facility in Arizona, United States. Some items may ship separately.

At this time, we ship only within the U.S.

Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx. Carriers are selected based on location and delivery efficiency.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier and are outside of our control. Hannah Langford Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Hannah Langford Designs is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect shipping information provided at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hannahlangforddesigns@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement, reprint or store credit as appropriate. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

A Note About Samples
I always recommend ordering samples before placing a full order. Colors can look different on screens, and lighting varies in every home, so a sample lets you see the color, scale and material in your own space before you buy wallpaper for a full wall.
