Refund policy

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Every wallpaper order and sample is custom printed just for you, based on your own home and project size. Because of that, all purchases are final sale and can’t be returned, refunded or exchanged, except in the cases below.

We’ll make it right if:

• Your order arrives damaged
• Your order arrives defective
• You received the wrong item because of an error on our end

Email hannahlangforddesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• Clear photos (a close-up, the full panels or roll, and the packaging if it was damaged)

If approved, we’ll send a replacement, reprint or store credit, whichever fits best. If we need the item sent back, please package it securely and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong material (Peel & Stick, Luxe Peel & Stick or Luxe Traditional)
• Ordering the wrong quantity or measurements
• Color expectations or minor color variation between screens or print batches
• Installation issues, wall conditions or installer error
• Change of mind

Colors can look a little different on every screen, so I always recommend ordering a $5 sample first. Not sure about color, scale or material? I’m happy to help before you order.

Legal Disclaimers

• Hannah Langford Designs reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the conditions above.
• We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit unless our return label is used.
• Hannah Langford Designs is not liable for any loss or damage beyond the original purchase price.
• This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Future Products
I’m hoping to offer gift wrap, digital downloads and other non-custom items soon! When they’re available, these policies will apply:

Gift Wrap (Final Sale): All gift wrap is custom printed to order, so all sales are final. If your gift wrap arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Damaged items may need to be returned for inspection, and then we’ll offer a replacement or store credit. We can’t accept returns or exchanges for color variation, sizing differences or change of mind.

Digital Downloads (Final Sale): All digital downloads are final sale and can’t be refunded, exchanged or canceled once your files are delivered. If you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, email us and we’ll help you get your purchase.

Non-Custom Items: Items that aren’t custom-made or printed to order may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused, in their original packaging and returned with your order confirmation. Wallpaper, samples, print-on-demand products, sale items, gift cards and items that have been used, cut or altered are not eligible for return.
