When will my order arrive?

Every order is printed just for you. Samples and wallpaper are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days, then take about 3–7 business days to arrive. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How to measure your space

How to Measure Your Wall

For the best fit, measure the full width and full height of your wall in inches. Do not subtract for windows, doors, closets, or angled ceilings—we'll print full wallpaper panels, and you'll trim around these areas during installation.

Example:
If your wall measures 120" wide × 96" high, enter those full dimensions, even if the wall includes windows or doors.

Measuring Multiple Walls?

Measure each wall separately, then add the widths together. Use the tallest wall height when ordering. Because the pattern continues across every panel, walls with different heights cannot be combined into one order.

  • Measure the full wall—not just the visible area.
  • Include windows, doors, fireplaces, and built-ins in your measurements.
  • Measure to the tallest point on vaulted or angled walls.

Install Tips

Installation Tips

Many of my customers hang their wallpaper themselves. Here’s my step-by-step guide, and I’m happy to help if you get stuck.

  • Apply wallpaper to clean, dry, and fully cured walls free of dust, debris, or peeling paint.
  • Our wallpapers perform best on smooth walls but can also be installed on light orange peel or knockdown textures. Please note that any wall texture may remain visible through the wallpaper.
  • For heavily textured walls, we recommend our Luxe Traditional (pasted) wallpaper for the best adhesion and finish.

Please note that we cannot guarantee adhesion on heavily textured surfaces.
